"This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening."

"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "

"We were worried the first night of our stay about the noise coming from a group having a "family reunion" accompanied by heavy drinking and the band playing about 400 feet away at a waterfront bar. But everything quieted down by 10.30. Same for the following night."

"I don't understand the bad reviews. If you had bedbugs, shower broke, fridge broke, I definitely get it. But, it's a budget hotel, so expect budget. Book ahead of time and don't expect 5 star service. Do your homework. If you need a place to stay for a few nights while in town, don't overlook it. I'd stay there again."

"Stayed at this property for 10 nights. Not my usual type of hotel to stay at. But stayed because the rate was lower here. The room it self needs an update like yesterday although it was pretty clean. It was also very quiet not a lot of traffic which was a plus!
