"There was dried urine around the bottom edges of the toilet. I travel with plastic gloves and cleaning supplies so I cleaned it up. My room was across from the elevator which can be a noisy area sometimes so I asked if I could get my room switched and was told no. The hotel had very few guests yet no willingness to help. I don’t plan on staying there anymore."
"Bad experience, stayed for 4 nights, and even that we make sure our room would be made and clean, for 2 night they simply forgot… when we arrived, no kleenex, room glasses dirty..

It mentioned they had shuttle service for the airport, that’s why we stayed there, and when I ask for them to take us, I was told that at that time they didn’t have service…. Should have it down in the advertisement…."
"Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved."

"This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...
"Love the area. Kernersville is a great community. Loved the huge backyard! The washer and dryer were so great to have.
The things I didn't like were the open ceiling above the shower. It was scary. Horrible water pressure, too! The air conditioner wasn't working the last 2 days. It was only good as a fan. Luckily, the evenings were cooler and the ceiling fan helped a lot."
