The basement is well insulated with soundproof elements which makes it warm during the winter period and cool during summer. Well lighted to make you extremely comfortable. Very spacious living room with all forms of entertainment. The kitchenette is tastefully finished with all brand new appliances like the fridge and Freezer coming with complimentary stuffs, Cook Top, Microwave, Toaster, Water Boiler, Coffee Maker, Plates and cutleries. The bedroom is very warm and nice with a well laid beautiful rug giving you that sense of being at home and waking up to warm floor. The closet has hangers, Pressing Iron and Ironing board with an extra roll up bed (Twin) that can accommodate 2 adults. Dryer and Washer in the laundry room for your total comfort.
Guest access As a guest, you have full access to the Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, You tube and any other TV stations. Access to the washer and dryer is limited to a booking of more than 3 days. Access to parking in the driver way of the property to the left side at the entrance, you are required to park just at the entrance of the driveway to avoid obstruction to the main building. Access to all Kitchenette appliances, Cook Top, Toaster, Water Boiler and Coffee Maker. Access to all complimentary items in the suite.
You are allowed to use the roll up bed at anytime in the suite.
