"We had a great stay, perfect for our needs. Great communication from the management team with a lovely confirmation call on the morning of our stay, and great check in-check out communication. We loved that continental breakfast can be delivered to your room in the morning - it evoked very fond memories of stays in country motels as a kid. Room was spacious (although we had a family room as that was the last room available), bed was very comfortable and there was parking right outside the room. Pub next door was great (you check in & collect the key here) - not fancy, but friendly staff, and the meals were superb. We had both lunch and dinner in it.
Would stay here again if I was stopping off in Taree."

"We were in the suite, bed was comfy, cute touch lamps, two single beds in another room. Window louvred mean you can wake up with light but still have privacy.
Check in was via a safe box and we dropped the key into a key drop so didn’t see any staff."

"We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed.
Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house!
