Every employee from housekeeping to waiters at the restaurants were friendly. While in Reno we did look at all the other resorts to stay, shop and eat, we saw that the Silver Legacy was the very best for us. "

For example the table had a sticky spot next to the lampi had to clean before I could use my work laptop on the table. Floorboard under desk had dinge marks probably from people putting their feet there. The floor had a certain dingy stickiness to it, could not walk in socks let alone barefoot. Easy to improve by increasing a deeper clean schedule where staff cleans, polish, and move furniture etc."

That property had double booked and someone was already in the unit and they canceled on us at 9:00 at night. Coming for a funeral this was the last thing we wanted to have to worry about after driving 13 hours. We ended up coming here to echo suites and it was a perfect stay. Much better area and cleaner environment than where we originally were going to stay so we are grateful. We will stay at...
