"Breakfast was just so so. My check in was not the greatest. I paid in full with Pay Pal before my trip and they tried to make me pay it again with my credit card when I got there."

"Watch out for the misleading pictures of beautiful chairs and umbrellas by the beach right in front of the hotel. They are not free for resort guests . It’s paid by the day 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas cost $50! Breakfast might also not be included if booked with Expedia. Housekeeping only switch towels , they don’t clean the floors on a daily basis. Not my best experience with cleanliness."

"We had to go through a parking garage to get to our room, which was odd. Also, the walls were paper thin and could hear exact conversations into the other room adjacent to us."

"Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. "

One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. "We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor."
