"Very clean and modern hotel. Location was wonderful for waterfront stroll, a visit to Adventure Bay waterpark and walking distance to Casino. Staff very friendly and helpful. Resturant on site was very nice. Parking was very convenient. The warm cookies at check in was a very nice touch."

"The only two things I didn't like was that you had to pay extra for parking and that they didn't have a hot tub. At check in I was informed by the front desk lady that it would be $20 a night to park in the hotel parking, thankfully I was able to parky vehicle elsewhere and ubered to the hotel. Secondly it's 2026, if you have a pool you should have a hot tub! Otherwise absolutely loved my stay everything was clean breakfast was amazing, loved the 24hr coffee bar. "The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. There was a mix up in my booking and the front desk was not aware I had paid for breakfast. They were rude, but did give us a breakfast voucher in the end. "

"We booked a non-smoking room and we got one. However, the smell of smoke can be smell at the hallway and even inside our room and it is troublesome for us because we don't smoke. It would be nice if there's an elevator because our room was on the 2nd floor and we have to carry our staffs through the stairs."

"Good location, newly renovated, space is very roomy. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very small, breakfast isn’t refilled very often and need patience to wait for eggs and sausages. Heater is taking very long time to heat up the room, but all day hot tea and coffee is bonus. "

"This property is a scam. Claims to be smoke-free, yet reeks like an ashtray. Look forward to waking up coughing. Bathroom was filthy - dirt, mold, grunge on the floor, grease and filth stains in the tub, walls filthy with what looked like mucus smeared on them. Floor was disgusting, shower curtain stank. Showers are claimed to be "rainfall" and "combined tub/shower". Shower head on ground floor is a 2 dollar special from Home Depot circa 1978, poor water pressure, no even spray, like...
