A great little place in Windsor
The location and easy access worked perfectly for me as I was visiting family for the week and the place has a washer and dryer. I may be going back up to Windsor in the near future and will look to rent this again. All the best, Lawrence.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. It is equipped as represented except for the absence of iron and ironing board. I would give it an overall 5 star but for the loud AM traffic noise.

Windsor’s best!
A very nice, modern apartment in the historic 1892 Windsor Standard building. The absolute best of many places I’ve stayed in the area over the years. The kitchen was fairly new and well laid out. The 2 BR were nicely sized with comfortable beds. A nice living room and good dining area topped it all off. I was really pleased and will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Super comfy couch. Bright and airy. So much better than a hotel. Quiet and relaxing. Great communication. Definitely recommend. Make the trip to Donoli's for some great food. Menu in the drawer and the chinese next door pretty good as well.

Exactly as pictured.
Shower was broken, it took 4 days to locate a property manager. Then within an hour, a repairman arrived and fixed it. Contact information visible on the property would have been very helpful. That said, very clean and exactly as pictured. Also a chair in the living room would have been very appreciated. Thanks!

Apartment was nicer than expected, nicely decorated, amenities were as advertised. We arrived during an arctic storm and the wall heaters could not keep sufficiently. Space heaters were very much needed. Owner ordered them but didn't arrive until the next to last day of a 10 day stay (I borrowed one until they arrived). Good communication. Quaint little town. Upstairs apartment has 18 stairs. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great place!
Really enjoyed my stay in Windsor, NY! I had everything I needed, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There was even a little community farmer's market every Saturday! The Host was very promt and professional in answering any questions or concerns that I had. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if my work travel brings me back to the area. Quaint and Great Location
Very nice property! We stayed for 30 dqys to attend family functions and festivities for the month of July. If you are not physically able to use stairs, you may want to reconsider booking this property. There are alot of steps and no alternatives. We considered the steps as part of our daily exercise routine. All in all a great property. It is close to the interstate which is very convenient to Binghamton, Johnson City and Endicott.

Not a bad option for Windsor NY, would probably stay again…
This is a nice property in a historic building with an updated kitchen; small, dining area; and nice sized, living room with a huge sectional sofa. Nice, king-sized bed in master bedroom. Small, full- sized bed in 2nd bedroom. A downfall is there is nowhere to hang any clothing items, at all. There are no closets and no hooks to use on walls or doors. There is a large dresser in the living room for the master bedroom to use. There is a smaller dresser in the 2nd bedroom. There is a nice washer and dryer in the 2nd bedroom closet. There was no iron or ironing board in the unit. There was no tea kettle in the unit. The unit is in need of more teaspoons (there were only 3), “functional mugs” and a serving/mixing bowl. There were no food storage containers nor plastic wrap to use. Dishwasher was broken at the time of our stay. Warning that the staircase to this 2nd floor unit is very steep and long. All in all, it is a very nice place, despite the issues mentioned above. We hope if we stay here, again, that there will at least be some hooks or a clothing rack to hang clothes; and more functional coffee mugs (the metal mugs are pretty, but handles get too hot and you cannot warm anything in them with the microwave). Winning in windsor
It was a quaint town and people were friendly if you’re looking for some peace and quiet it’s the place for you there was a fun little farmers market on Saturday. I would recommend this home to anyone.

A very comfortable getaway
I have stayed at this property twice in the past 3 months. We liked it so much that I quickly reserved it when the opportunity arose a second time. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly what my kids and I were looking for to spend a couple days away. A convenient location, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and space for us to play. I honestly don't have any complaints or constructive criticisms. If you are looking for a simple and welcoming getaway, then look no further. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

All the amenities in a sweet location
We enjoyed our extended stay in this lovely apartment. The layout, furnishings, and amenities (washer & dryer in the unit was great!) were well thought out. The internet, while not as convenient as Wifi, was fast and reliable. The bed and couches were very comfortable. Walking distance to stores, and there is a Subway and Chinese food right next door. Our only annoyance was having no place to hang our clothes (there were dressers, but no closets). Highly recommend!

Cute and clean!
Beautiful space, and adorable location on the mainstreet of Windsor. Only 20 minutes into Binghamton, and an hour to some great hiking around Ithaca. William was responsive and was flexible with a late check in. The space was incredibly clean and well-decorated. One master bed and one queen bed, with a sizeable living space and full kitchen. Would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Exceptional apartment. Far exceeded my expectations
This charming apartment in quaint Windsor, NY was a perfect place for our family while we a had a wedding nearby. The place was absolutely outstanding, far roomier than expected & meticulously clean. For our situation, the location was ideal. The hosts provided all the necessary linens, along with laundry supplies, coffee service and many other thoughtful touches. I can honestly say this was the nicest short term apartment rental that I have ever encountered, especially at such a reasonable price. Many thanks to our hosts!

Very nice,, quiet, comfortable place- bigger than pictures show. Liked the fact it was wide open and not cluttered with unnecessary decorations. Convenient to store, gas, etc. We travel to the Catskills several times a year and know what to expect. We are outdoors people and fly fishers. One clunky aspect is location of bathroom to kitchen and outside door (tight) but can’t be changed and no biggie- both clean and well set up. If you can’t climb stairs this is not your place. We would use again.
