"The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. "The beautiful grounds, the pools and areas so clean, very quiet and relaxing in atmosphere. Chairs always available on beach or around pool. We had a full kitchen ocean view room on 7th floor which was very clean and comfortable in every aspect. A quick cab ride to Soriana provided what we needed to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or evening drinks admiring the spectacular sunsets. Perfect holiday."

"The staff at the Westin was a prime example of the service standard found in Mariott. We only stayed 4 days but days one we already felt like family. Our room was made every day without request. Breakfast on the beach was perfect. The Westin in the Marina which offers plenty of fine dinging and shopping. Our short stay was perfect."

"This was a my first stay at the Melia, but It won't be my last. I was super excited that I never had to wake up early and chase a location by the pool. There were plenty of loungers to pick from at 10am. The buffet had great selection and great tasting food for every meal. "We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. "This was my introduction to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico, so I have little to compare it to. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and dual sinks in the bathroom. Hot water was not always available, but not a huge issue. The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
