In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!” I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!! "Club Regina is a very nice resort. My room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained, staff professional and greeted us when arrived. The food was delicious. This was my second visit to the property and will return again."

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"Elevators were out and sometimes took a very long time to wait for one. Food was okay as well. Not the best but also not the worst. Check in process was simple depending on who you get. Some staff gave little to no explanation. Some restaurants are closed during certain days or times and re open. I thought this would be helpful for someone else to know.
