Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! "Good clean room with comfortable bed. We had a shared bathroom and toilet both lovely and clean.
Only thing that i would suggest to the owner is that some blinds are put up at the window to make it more private as we were at the front of the property and needed the curtains drawn unless fully dressed.

"when I arrived I had had a bad experience at a earlier hotel I stayed at. Top floor room,steep stairway from ground floor and toilet on an other level. So when I arrived early at the waverley the staff very kindly switched me to a ground floor room when I told them of my previous hotel difficulties. The waverley did not do evening meals but invited me to use a take away and bring it back to hotel where a plate and cutlery would be provided for me to use which was very kind."

The dinner was OK, I had fish and chips. The fish was a bit overcooked, and the chips were good on the outside but dry on the inside.
