Sunny & Tranquil Ranch Home, 3-2 Wilm & Philly

Extremely well-crafted DuPont built home. One side has the King Bed Master Suite, and the other side has 2 bed rooms and the 2nd bath. Beautiful and spacious Living & Dining Room with a wood burning fireplace. Large, remolded kitchen, 4 season sunroom that is filled with light all day with a high top for breakfast/lunch and a love seat for your morning coffee. Large and private Master Suite. Plenty of closet space in every room. Hardwood throughout with area rugs. W&D. 50 yards/bus stop.

NO Smoking, NO Vaping and NO candles inside the House.
House Keys are for registered guests only. Key works both locks on both doors.
Owner comes over regularly to check: dehumidifier in basement, sump pump, sewer line, garden maintenance and some minor home repairs. Owner will not enter the main floor rental – guests have the exclusive use of this floor and shared use of the W&D room in basement.
Owner has a separate entrance for privacy. Homeowner will try to text so guests are aware of some very minor activity. (Owner might need the sink or sprays from laundry area.)
United State Postal Service: If you receive any home owner mail or packages, please just place them at the bottom of the basement stairs. Home owner will pick up at their earliest convenience.
Outside garbage & recycling containers located outside of the kitchen window are to be put at the curb Thursday night for an early Friday morning pickup.
If you were pre-approved for animals please note that all furniture is off limits to all pets. Supplied is a bag & shovel for outside clean up. Please bathe them outside with the hose and we can supply a wash tub if needed. No animal inside bathing.
A lawn service will cut the yard usually once per week, Mr. Tom Riley.

HOUSE INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES:
Living room lights are on 3 switches, one located at every entrance for the room.
The living room ceiling lights are controlled by the double switches under DVR.
Kitchen ceiling fan is on a switch with speed control next to refrigerator. All other ceiling fans are remote controlled; please leave the wall switches in the 'on' position.
Kitchen sink has a garbage disposal with switch on right side of sink. Please don’t let any food or grease down the drain, there should be a couple of empty jars under the sink for bacon grease etc.
Glass stove top is cleaned with the ‘Bio Cleaner’ and a sponge located under sink.
There are two pocket doors that can separate out the living area and helps with privacy.
There is a recycling container and vacuum in the hall closet by the master bath.
Supplied on the floor in hall closet by master bath, will be special ‘work’ towels that can be used to clean spills and to help with your pet. These ‘work towels’ should be used instead of the good guest towels.
Washer & Dryer have instructions on top of machines. Keep small fan on at all times with the doors open for both the W&D. In that area, there are some work rags that can be used and if they are too dirty to wash they can be thrown away.
The ironing board has a towel over the cover just to keep it extremely clean for your use. Just remove the towel and replace when finished.
Games & Books are located in the small hall closet next to the 2nd Bathroom. Games must be returned in the original condition.
Front drive way is for your use. However, please keep the shared opening as open area, 24 hours/day. Bottom driveway is off limits to guests.
