Bedroom 1 - King bed, work space & private bath
Bedroom 2 - King Bed
Bedroom 3 - Bunkbed & 1 twin (top bunk for kids only)
Bedroom 4 / Basement - 1 twin, 1 couch
Backroom - Trundle bed (2 twins)

Living room - 1 couch & 1 small couch
Game room with bumper pool table and kid sized foosball & air hockey, ample toys and games.
Fenced in backyard with basketball net, above ground pool, gardens, sand box and gas grill.
Covered back deck has a table that seats 8 people.
Dining table holds 6 chairs but extra tables and chairs are available.
Front covered porch has 2 chairs and a table (seasonal).
Hardwood floors throughout.

Guest access
Entire house minus the garage and one locked room upstairs.

Other things to note
We prefer cars to be parked in the driveway and limit 2 to the street out of respect for neighbors. No loud parties or extra guests.
