Close to the Riverwalk. Unit was clean and had everything needed for our two day stay. Check in/check out process was easy. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the balcony. The house itself is very old.

Lovely Historic Apartment!

Loved staying here. The space is beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable. Within walking of downtown restaurants and bars. In the evening and morning, loved hanging out on the porch.

Great Location, Awesome Balcony

Amazing location to explore the charm of the City! The check in process was extremely simple and property managers were friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is that the mattress firmness/support is not up to par, but would stay again!

Hidden Gem!

We only stayed for one night but our family of 4 LOVED it! The owner was always quick to respond. Had plenty of sleeping options and the deck was nice extra space! We will definitely return!

Location Location Location

My daughter and I had never been to Wilmington before....no idea what we were missing! What a great little city with everything you need minutes away. This unit was perfect for our stay. It had everything you would ever need, and it was sooooo comfortable, clean and just great! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (and special)! Do not hesitate to book this property - it is truly perfect!

Labor Day Weekend

This was the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Wilmington! Enjoyed my coffee every morning in the hammock on the balcony. Able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars in downtown and the riverwalk. Staying in the historic district meant we were away from the loud crowds downtown. The rental is on a major road in Wilmington, but we didn't really hear the traffic. I plan to stay here during future visits to Wilmington!

Night in wilmington

The house was very clean had everything we needed. Cold AC, no problems at all. Host was very quock to respond and great communicator. Location was close to water, restaurants and much more. We drove to Carolina Beach in 25 and parked easy. Parking at this house was also convenient.

Couldn’t have been better

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The property had everything we needed and then some. We both decided that this is where we will stay when we visit Wilmington. It’s beautifully decorated, fully stocked, bed is comfortable, has an awesome balcony, provides on or off-street parking and is close to everything. I definitely recommend it but hope it’s available when we return. Thank you for the wonderful time! We couldn’t have asked for more.

Fabulous location

We enjoyed our stay and you can’t beat the location. The only minor issues I would mention is that the person sleeping in the living room has to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. And a mattress topper for the airbed would be great. Although I slept well on it, anyway
