    29 South is a stylish 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat on S. Front Street in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC. It sleeps 4, with an open-concept living space flooded with natural light from large windows, two king bedrooms with luxury linens and a private patio. You are steps from top attractions, dining and nightlife, the perfect base for exploring Wilmington's vibrant culture. Note: no assigned parking space.

    Guest Access:

    Guests have private use of the entire unit and private patio. There is NO assigned parking space for the unit. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    29 South sits on one of the liveliest streets in downtown Wilmington, surrounded by some of the most popular restaurants and bars. Because of this, the area can sometimes be noisy; we want to be as transparent as we can be!



    Getting Around:

    Walk to downtown Wilmington's restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. There is no assigned parking for the unit, so plan on public or paid parking nearby. Wrightsville Beach is about 20 minutes by car.



    Other Things to Note:

    1. NO assigned parking space for the unit.

    2. The unit is on a lively downtown street, so there can be some noise.

    3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

    4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

    5. All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.

The place is beautiful and clean. We had no issues with noise. Wonderful location with a very secure set up for entering and leaving.

This was the perfect place for my family of 3. Great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, river and fun little surprise of the farmers market on Dock street Sunday morning. There’s so much to do downtown and this property was so convenient. It was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. The host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Wilmington.

Perfect stay

This property is beautiful and in a great location. Street parking was also very easy for us to find. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful, Close to All

Walked to restaurants and shops, across the street from the Riverwalk. This is a beautiful lodging, clean and well appointed kitchen. Wish we could longer. Overnight parking allowed at the Hannah Block parking close by.

Great stay at Mira Mar

Great location and had a great stay at Mira Mar! The property was as described, beautiful light and great little patio for relaxing. We stayed during the week so no issues with noise for us. Also allowed dogs and that was amazing! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was perfect!! The location was in the middle of everything so we could walk everywhere. The parking lot behind the building allowed for three day parking so we didn’t have to worry about paying but once. The beds and linens were so comfy I slept the neat I have in so long. I will be staying here again for sure!

Fabulous Chic Condo

This condo was fabulous and beautiful and perfect location. It comes with everything you need and we were across the street from coffee houses and restaurants galore. We were also a hop skip and a jump to the riverwalk. The inside of this condo is immaculate and if he go back to Wilmington again I hope we will get to stay here again. I would give the Condo 5 stars it is beauty!

The entry process failed miserably, the lock box was broken, we couldn’t retrieve the key, luckily another tenant stopped by and gave us his lock box code. The place was clean, pet friendly, close to multiple restaurants and bars, unfortunately a bar directly behind the condo blasted music until 2am on Friday night, forget sleeping. Lastly the outdoor patio is completely overgrown and the furniture looked moldy and unusable, big disappointment.

Holiday

Nice small townhouse in the historic district, I would stay here again. Note the noise does permeate from the bar on active nights, but the noise cancelling machines provided worked well for us. Entry didn't work as described, but I was able to figure it out on my own in a few minutes. It's had all provisions we needed, was clean, and as described in photos. Book it!

Bar/Club Next Door

The property was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday night and there was loud music playing until 1am. It wasn't just loud but you could feel it in the Vrbo, because the speakers were probably 10 feet away from the outside windows. The following Sunday night, however, was peaceful and quiet.

The curated vibe of this place is exactly what I had hoped it would be from the photos. I wish it had a microwave. And google how to use a French press coffee maker if you don't already know :) We walked to dinner. There are multiple coffee shops, ice cream shops. It's close to the riverwalk/boardwalk (can't remember what it's called). It's close to the historic neighborhood if you like walking around and looking at old houses (which I do). The kitchen is better for simple meal prep, not really equipped for elaborate meals. Overall, I think they were honest about what is there, I just got distracted by it's cuteness and didn't pay attention to the amenities/equipment that was there. They are correct that you can hear bar noise, but it never kept us up and they have sound machines in the room which was a smart add.
