This hotel was terrible. The smell from the bathroom was so bad that we lasted about 5 minutes in the room. When we left I asked for a refund and the front desk person said I'd have to talk with Expedia.
Expedia told me that I needed to get Holiday Inn to approve the reimbursement. They refused.
I just called the manager and asked for a refund because we couldn't stay in the room because of the smell. She went on the attack said I had caused a scene-- I had very quietly told the front desk person that we'd be leaving because of the smell.
Terrible service. Dirty/smelly room.
