This is a motel for people without standards, just needing somewhere off the streets to go. It's in desperate need of a renovation and deep cleaning.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bon accueil. Chambre agréable, propre et bien aménagée (grande télé, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, évier, une petite table d'appoint et deux chaises neuves) Seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner dépanne mais n'offre pas beaucoup de variétés.

I am a female solo traveler and wouldn't stay here again. It was loud and I didn't feel comfortable with the surroundings. The room was clean though.

thank you for leaving us a review so that we can improve our motel by your feedback. none of our staff was notified of noise concerns so that we could have addressed it immediately. we do have security cameras as well as on call staff 24 hours a day as explained at check in. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable nonetheless. we hope that you do stop by again knowing you can count on us to make your next stay better

Although there was a mini kitchen, we had to ask for dishes, pans, etc. There was a Coffe maker, but no filters. No salt pepper or even dish soap to clean the dishes. For 4 nights I didn’t want to buy a bottle of dish detergent, so we used hand soap/shampoo to clean the dishes. The pool had water, but they told us they didn’t open it until May, 2 months after our stay; despite temps up to 80 degrees while we there. I killed at least 1-2 little crawling bugs daily: bigger than ants, but smaller than cockroaches. Probably not harmful, but ughhh!!!!!

thank you for leaving us a review. our suites do have smart pots and pans that go with our smart hot plates. We do not advertise providing dish soap or utensils . If you were in a studio we do not offer any dishes with the room. Salt and pepper are in the lobby in the utensil packets we offer for our guests. our room coffee pots do not require fillers and thereby are not provided. The pool is closed for the season as we still have cold days .no report to front desk about bugs was received. we have a professional Pest control company that sprays every 2 weeks successfully and no bugs reported. we are sorry you are unhappy with your stay , as we address your concerns we do hope you will visit again.

I want to say this first and foremost, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. Nothing against the staff. I was traveling with my sister and our two dogs and booked what was the "family suite" which was supposed to have a kitchenette. There was supposed to be plates, utensils, glassware, etc. I also thought we were supposed to have a "living area." There was nothing sweet about this suite. They crammed two queen beds in a room that was fit for one. We could barely move around each other. The "kitchenette consisted of a fridge and a microwave, no dishes, utensils, etc. It was just like any other basic hotel room except the fridge was larger. There was one, what I'd call, a TV table with a metal folding chair. There was another set folded up, not even sure why they bothered putting it in there, as there was no space for it. Our room was pretty warm when we got there. I tried to adjust the temp but it wasn't working. When I went down to the office I was told that the hotel was set for "heat" and if we wanted cool air, the maintenance guy would have to come to our room and "flip the switch" on our unit. What? So he did and the room cooled down but then we were too cold in the middle of the night but didn't want maintenance coming back. On top of all that, we had no cable remote. We told them and they brought up another one...which didn't work. I really have a hard time writing bad reviews for small business but they have some major things that need to be fixed.

A good find in Willcox
All very good. Great location, near the fwy, Safeway, wonderful general manager (LH) and other staff, friendly and efficient, no-frills comfortable well-thought-out room, recently renovated, well lit, great heating system, clean, a simple but decent breakfast, available early for early starters, 24hr coffee (etc), and all for a good price. I was very happy with my 5-night stay, and will return. I've no images of the hotel (who takes pictures of their hotel?), but local scenery (Willcox Playa) and a sunset were worth picturing. PCU

Way overpriced for what you get
First the positives. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very small, about 6 feet in each dimension larger than the bed. Almost no place for luggage. This is called an “extended stay,” but the dining table was a TV table and folding chair. The refrigerator was about 12 cu ft, but opened the wrong way. In the bathroom, the shower was a small round setup tucked into the corner. “Breakfast” had good coffee. The rest was laughable. Worst “breakfast” we have seen anywhere.

Hearing/cooling system needs upgrade
This hotel has a terrible heating/cooling system. The room was very warm, like a sauna, and we could not adjust it. They had to send maintenance to shut off our room to the system. Their explanation was that was how the system worked. Then they remarked that it was to expensive to upgrade.

The new owners made an effort to improve the property but made many design misses. Bed too big for the room, only a folding chair and TV tray to sit on, too large refrigerator. Needed to repair bathroom faucet and added second, unnecessary sink with faucet too big for the sink. Breakfast was dry or instant cereal but no milk, packages pastries, sweetened yougert. It took a full day for the heat to get comfortable.

No dishes or utensils in kitchenette
What's right? Location, recently remodeled, good beds, clean, lovely owners who go above and beyond. What's wrong? Noisy location, Business Suite is billed as having "Cookware/dishes/utensils", but but had no dishes or utensils or even a dishcloth and dishsoap. Bring your own can-opener if you want to use the supercool induction hotplate and cookware!!! Thanks to our Swiss Army Knife, we had a comfortable stay. But don't believe the description.

Clean, comfortable basic motel.
It is a very basic hotel. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were good.Good size fridge and microwave. The TV had lots available. The room was a bit small but fine for one night. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. They changed my room because first room didn’t have fridge or microwave or coffee maker as listed on this site. It wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was coffee, tea, hot chocolate and instant oatmeal. There was some cold cereal but no milk was out. It may have been available but I didn’t ask. I don’t have great expectations for free breakfast but I usually have toast with my coffee. There is a McDonalds right next door so not a big deal if you like a bigger breakfast. Breakfast is available from 5 am to 10 so that’s a plus. The hotel was fine for a one night stay on a road trip.
