"We spent two nights on a busy summer weekend in downtown Portland and we were very impressed not only the hotel but everywhere we walked how safe we felt despite the years reading about downtown Portland. Highly recommend the hotel it is fun and staying downtown. So much to do and we walked a lot of miles around the areas on both sides of the river and into the hills of the city and down to and back from the railroad station "

"I liked the friendly staff, they met me at the curb and always held the door. The lobby staff were friendly, the room was clean and inviting. My favorite things were the free coffee (that’s so rare these days!!) and spending time in the library. Stunning!!"

"Lovely hotel with very nice rooms. Starbuck next door and a great bar. Only downside is, that a huge construction site Just next to the hotel starts working at 7 in the morning - very noisy."
