Penny Lane is a spacious 1 bedroom villa that includes plenty of space to entertain the new friends you’re sure to make. The screened lanai provides a relaxing environment for entertaining with a dining table for six, as well as overstuffed outdoor sofas and chairs. Plus it’s situated in a way that feels like a private oasis.

Inside you'll feel yourself relax amongst the designer furnishings in the spacious, light filled, open concept living room. Sit back, enjoy a beverage and take a stroll down memory lane as you listen to our carefully curated selection of vinyl records. Or perhaps cook a gourmet meal in the fully outfitted kitchen that has everything you may need. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, Keurig coffee maker - and we always try to leave farm fresh eggs when our hens are laying. You'll find enough cleaning supplies under the sink to get you started.

Need to work? No problem! There is a large desk and comfortable chair you can easily accomplish your tasks from.

In the generous master suite, you'll find only the highest quality bedding and linens, ensuring you a quality nights sleep. Again, the attention to detail was top-notch when designing the atmosphere for the suite - fun meets elegance. Touting a large walk-in closet, dresser and night-stand, you can easily organize your belongings and feel right at home.

The Jack-and-Jill en-suite is bright, crisp and clean, with the ability to keep your sleeping space private from guests. The shower over tub has integrated storage, keeping the space clutter-free. There's also several drawers, cabinets and a large linen closet. We provide plenty of fluffy white towels, fun striped beach-towels and even quick-drying gray towels in case your puppy needs a bath, too.

Speaking of Rover, we offer a few items like dishes and leashes to make your baby feel at home. There are several nice paths outside our door for a nice stroll together. We never charge a fee for your dog, as we find most dogs are better behaved than their owners :) We simply ask that you clean all poo from the lawn and in the rare instance there is an accident inside, you'll find a pet cleaning spray under the kitchen sink.

Time for laundry? You'll find a large capacity washer and dryer inside the home so no need to lug everything out to the hot garage. Easy to use and out of sight and sound by simply shutting the door.
