If you decide to explore the surrounding area during your stay you will find yourself being placed in a central location to everything great Tennessee and Georgia has to offer! At Treetop Escapes you will find a variety of treehouses with different aesthetics and amenities; this listing is for treehouse number 7.



Inside of The Evergreen, you will find comfort and cozy aesthetics around every corner. There is a stocked kitchen, King bed, private soaking tub on the second level, main living space on the first floor, private deck/porch, and so much more!

Get your game on! Located just a short drive from Treetop Escapes is a communal pickleball court. This is the perfect space to enjoy the North Georgia outdoors. Please bring your own pickleball paddles and balls.

We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring charcoal and a fire starter.



Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.



This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking. This unit has 37 stairs total to access the property.

We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.
