This sparking new 2 bedroom, 2 bath with rear patio-villa has been designed to be your tranquil, untroubled and recharging retreat while you're living your best life at the wonderful Villages. Thoughtful planning and my heart and soul went into creating a comfortable, stylish and welcoming home away from home. There is a $500 security deposit required in case of damages.
The space
This new home has an open floor plan. Your guests' will have as close to an en-suite as possible. with a full bathroom and soaking tub at their bedroom door. The design is set up for maximum guest privacy with bedrooms and baths at opposite ends of the house. The kitchen and dining nook are centrally located with a view of the rear lanai and garden. For the utmost privacy, fencing along the rear of the property has been installed.
Guest access
Your home away from home will be your private sanctuary while you're enjoying all the fun-filled events and activities The Villages has to offer.
Other things to note
I've contracted to have the patio enlarged and a lanai enclosure built this year. You will love dining, entertaining and relaxing in the privacy of the rear garden. Landscaping, lighting and embellishments to be added as soon as construction is completed.

Please understand the pet fee is a set at a minimum per pet and just two pets per guest. The owner determines appropriate breed for the property.
