    Welcome to the Live Oak Treehouse, a stunning retreat nestled in the heart of Treetop Escapes in Rising Fawn, GA. Just 20 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, this modern treehouse offers the perfect blend of nature and luxury. Designed with a contemporary touch, the Live Oak Treehouse seamlessly integrates with the surrounding greenery, providing a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the forest and mountains.



    Accommodating up to 8 guests, the treehouse features 1 cozy bedroom downstairs with a full bath and an upstairs open concept bedroom with an additional full bath, making it ideal for families seeking both comfort and adventure. The space includes a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and a welcoming back deck where you can relax and soak in the natural beauty. Inside, you'll find a robe bed for ultimate relaxation, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and three smart TVs for entertainment.



    Access to the property is exclusively via a charming yet thrilling swinging bridge, adding a touch of whimsy and adventure to your stay. Please note, this is the only way to reach the property. The area is rich with activities, including numerous hiking trails, hang gliding adventures, and exploring downtown Chattanooga. For those who enjoy the great outdoors, you'll be delighted by the nearby waterfall hiking trails.

    Get your game on! Located just a short drive from Treetop Escapes is a communal pickleball court. This is the perfect space to enjoy the North Georgia outdoors. Please bring your own pickleball paddles and balls.



    By booking a Treetop Escapes vacation, you will have access to Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is a community resort at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA located in Bryant, AL. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house, which includes a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. 18 rentals at Paradise Pointe share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun! Paradise Pointe is approximately 30 minutes from Treetop Escapes. Free day passes are available Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm CST.

Though we only stayed one night while passing through, we definitely want to return for a longer stay! The treehouse had amazing views, looked exactly like the pictures, and featured comfy beds. It was exceptionally clean and offered a fun, adventurous vibe that the kids absolutely loved.

This property was more than we anticipated! The rope bridge tested our balance a little lol. There was a cardinal right outside the living room window when we opened the front door! We fell in love with the hammock chairs out on the deck. We had the opportunity to see several hang gliders floating down which was pretty awesome. Checkout and check-in were both a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and set up beautifully by Courtney before we arrived! We had a great time enjoying the hot tub, hammocks, and views. The stairs were tricky to get down from the second floor, and there’s a spot where our 3 year old could easily fall from the top. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This place is a 10/10 and offers amazing views!! The unit is equipped with just about everything you would need (including an icemaker). The beds are soft and comfy, the bathrooms come with robes and there’s a complete coffee station. The swings are sooo wonderful. You can enjoy the sunset or you can enjoy a storm with enough overhead that you don’t get wet. The hot tub actually works! Thank goodness. The entry way is very steep but paved thankfully, the parking really only accommodates one vehicle and is gravel, the master bedroom has a large window with an incredible view, but no curtains - only downside for people who do not like to be blinded by the sun while sleeping in. Our stay was still a 10/10. The grocery store wasn’t more than 6 minutes away, but once you’re in the property you feel like you are in your own little treetop paradise. The design is beautiful and I highly recommend this property.

From check-in to check-out, this place deserves 5 stars. The responsiveness of the host was timely, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The place itself was stunning and made for the perfect, relaxing weekend. The amenities were top-notch with a steam shower, fireplace, outdoor fire table, cozy seating, hot tub, and beautiful decor. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay and we already plan on coming back and spreading the word!

We had a wonderful stay at "The Treehouse". It is a beautiful home overlooking a tree-filled valley. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place for my husband and I to get away and unwind. the house was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The steam shower was a definite plus! We would happily stay again!

Relaxing Get-Away

My family and I enjoyed a weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer! The comfort and views were amazing. The drive up the mountain and then into the area to get to the treehouse was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Nice upgraded amenities and a beautiful home. We will definitely be back if we visit the area again.

We recently stayed in one of the treehouses at Treetop Escapes and had an amazing experience. The treehouse was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Live Oak Treehouse

100% loved this place! It was amazing! Fully furnished with all of the comforts of home, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, close enough to all of the local activities, but a secluded gem to come back to. The owners thoughtfully designed and decorated this space. We loved all of the details. It was comfortable, cozy, and we hated to leave! We will be back! Thank y’all so much!

Great location. About 20 min drive into Chattanooga. Parking is tricky as it is not level. Downstairs bath sink could use a higher faucet as it was difficult to wash hands. Would be nice to have a hanging area or place to put suitcases in closet. Otherwise, treehouse is very nice, well stocked and aesthetically pleasing. Kids loved having their own space upstairs and loved the outdoor net area. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection!

This was literally the coolest place our family has ever stayed! A treehouse in the woods! We sent pics at check-in to everyone we knew because we were blown away by the property. Excellent customer service. The hair dryer was not found as listed; we communicated with the property manager and they had one dropped off within hours. Two small comments: the master bed was very fluffy but not very conducive to sleep (my husband spent our entire 3-night visit on the couch). Also, the sliding farmhouse doors to the bathrooms look fabulous. But having no sound protection between rooms is not ideal. Very small comments. Overall we absolutely adored this place and hope to come back!

Beautiful unique house

This property was truly beautiful, the decor, the layout and the coolness factor. It had an amazing shower.! The treehouse type stairs going to the second floor are very narrow, so I do not think families with younger children would find it accessible, but it would’ve been very cool for teenagers. The Wi-Fi is very spotty. We had issues with it a few times throughout our stay which of course can be expected in the mountains- the television worked 90% of the time, but our phones did not. The only complaint is there is literally nowhere to store your belongings. There is no hanging bar in the closet. There are no shelves in the closet. There are no dressers, so beware that you will be living out of your suitcase for a week. I’m not quite sure why there are no closet bars. Everything else was perfect. The host did a really good job of having plenty of garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper and there isn’t much to do in that town but Chattanooga was a short drive away and there were amazing restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that’s new unique this is definitely the house for you.
