"hyggeligt sted, rent og behagelig seng. Elendig morgenmad"

"Do not book here. You will be disappointed! Amenities do not work. Had to use pliers to get the stovetop to work. No cable for two days. No hot water for two days. Washers in the laundry do not work. We had to go off site to wash clothes. Incorrectly charged for pets. Site says $85 per dog per week. It’s $200 per dog per week. Suspicious charges & rate changes on our card."

"Property under renovation, definitely needed"

"Nice staff, but no service beyond reception. Wifi code didn't work, had to ask for another wifi and that didn't cover the rooms. Toilet was stopped and when asking for service I was told it would be done whe I went out for dinner, when returning later, nothing had happened. Hotel room had new towels and clean sheets, but otherwise it was really dirty in there.. Refrigerator froze all stuff overnight.. Not to recommend at all."

"A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel."

"Jessica was very inviting and was a big help"

"Rooms were clean, Front desk was great, & great breakfast. "

"Staff, Clean room, bar, walking distance to Wildcat stadium."

"While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used...

"Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department."
