Found this rental looking for places close to Jasper Beach and we’re absolutely thrilled that we did! Gorgeous little camp, spectacular view of the lake with absolutely breath taking sunsets. Exactly the quaint, relaxing get away we needed. Plenty of space inside and outside for our almost 3 year old to run around, would love to come back when he’s old enough to use the “bunk house”, so fun! Raved about it so much that my parents are looking into a stay for their anniversary.

The location was perfect! The house was very comfortable and being directly on the lake was a real treat. It was great to have access to a dock and kayak. We definitely missed that the second bedroom was an outside bunk house, but there was plenty of extra bedding to sleep on the couch! Very much appreciated the personal, homey details at the property.

This was a great getaway! I loved being right ON the lake and also close to the Bold Coast and all of its sights. We had everything we needed - we just had to show up and enjoy. It felt like we were a million miles away, but groceries and such were a short drive when needed. We enjoyed s'mores at the firepit, playing in the lake, and games around the kitchen table. The bunkhouse (no electricity, but handy battery-operated lights everywhere you need them) provided valuable extra sleeping space. We were also charmed by the handwritten welcome notes and guest book. Hosts were available and responsive when we had questions but also left us to enjoy the space! I would absolutely stay here again if I was back in the area.

Vacation Stay

Excellent location and amazing stay, had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend this location and cottage. Was great for us to bird, actually was able to walk the roads near cottage.

Beautiful spot perfect

very beautiful right on the lake just enjoyed sitting in the living room or in the kitchen looking out at the lake with a beautiful sunset. The property was very clean inside and out with plenty of spots to sit outside and just enjoy it The house was very clean super quiet area wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Short family vacation

The property was very clean, as advertised and had everything we needed. Orange lake provided opportunity for the kids to fish swim and play and we were able to make a quick drive to lubec to the state park. Great mini (3 night) vacation. Patsy and Ken were great hosts.
