"Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

"I was only here for a night passing through the area. The bed was nice and comfy. The room was very clean and cozy. Glenda was nice and sweet and greeted me on my arrival. I was able to rest and relax before I was back on the road in the morning. "

"Always a pleasure. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Colorado River Walk. Adam and his wife stock the house with many organic items. It is vey clean and spacious. We have been here many times for the great hiking and Pallisade peaches. "

"It exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautiful, clean, and quiet. We can tell the owner put a lot of love and time into taking care of the property. They were so thoughtful in every detail throughout the house. We were there to ride in a bike ride event. We had a really great rest both before and after the ride. The owner even let us in early just right before the hail storm so that was very helpful and kind. Chad's communication was excellent. Thank you so much! We loved every minute...

"Everything was great! Great location, just a block from the Hot Tomato. A lot of thoughtful details in the house (easy to find light switches and plugs next to the bed, lots of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom). Easy parking in the driveway out front. Host was very communicative during check-in. Would definitely stay here again!"

And the story of how it was built (provided by the owner/builder) is an incredible read.This is a lovely place in a great location on Grand Mesa. Excellent hiking, biking, birding and paddling all within a few miles.An incredible spot if you enjoy spending time in this part of western Colorado."

"This home was perfect for us! It is a 10 second walk to town, literally!!! The location was fantastic, the number of beds, super quiet, big backyard easy to park, clean, we loved it!! No stairs! Master bedroom is v private. And a drip coffee maker for making the high octane coffee.... no silly KeuregWe will stay right here again next time!"
