"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."

"Checked in, walked up to the room door was open, n ot locked No ac in room. Toilet didn’t flush. Bathroom sink not draining. No AC and left with one small box fan. Temperature dropped as low as 79 degrees all night. The “ac unit” made extremely loud, aggressive rumbling, scratching noises all night long. Very unhappy. Very upset. So much money wasted and I couldn’t even get a decent, or even a night sleep. "

"I stayed at Home2 Suites Easton for a work conference in the Bexley area. While the hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were helpful. The parking lot is not a safe location. There were three break-ins to various cars while I was there. Windows were smashed and cars were damaged. My car was not damaged, but at least 10 others were.
