Our cozy home is nestled in the small mountain community of Hungry Horse, Montana. Surrounded by wild beauty, our home is the perfect centralized location for endless adventures along the adventure corridor of Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness area.
We are located only 10 miles from the West entrance to Glacier National Park. It is 4 miles to Hungry Horse Dam and Reservoir, 5 miles to Columbia Falls, and 23 miles to Whitefish Mountain Resort.
Along with the vastness of mountain beauty, you will appreciate being within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Supermarkets are a short drive to Columbia Falls. The Huckleberry Patch, famous for their huckleberry pie and gift store, is 2 blocks away. Whether it's accessing endless mountain trails or exploring the many activities and restaurants in the Flathead Valley, enjoy it all within minutes from your front door.
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1250 square foot house built in 2003. The master bedroom and second bedroom have queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom features a beautifully built log bed with a comfortable double size mattress. The master bedroom has its own vanity sink and mirror. All bedrooms have ample closet space and small dresser for storage and organization. A hide-a-bed sofa is located in the living room along with another sofa, coffee table, satellite tv, and dvd player. Internet Wi-Fi extends throughout the house. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals for your family and friends. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and the home is equipped with a forced air heating and cooling system.
Outside there is a peaceful yard with a wood deck, barbecue , porch swing, and yard to play games. A 1 car garage is attached to the house and perfect for storing larger items like luggage, bikes and kayaks.
