Hoteller i White Roothing

"We liked Novotel very much. Helpful people and nice restaurant with also a good breakfast."

"Air conditioning på værelset virkede ikke. Så værelset var meget varmt. Kontaktede personalet det hjalp ikke noget"

"Et fantastisk sted, hvor servicen er ud over det sædvanlige. Poolen og maden er god, både for børn og voksne."

"Værelset var godt. Det tog lang tid at få sin mad på restauranten, og bestikket var ikke rent."

"Det var umuligt at få kontakt med personalet over telefon. 5 opkald og telefonsvare-beskeder, men ingen kontakt."

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Fint fint "

"The hotel was all right for sleeping because it was well soundproofed. No one assisted with arrival. Weak orange squash was there as a welcome drink but no clean glasses available. What annoyed me the most was the outrageous prices charged for food and drink and the poor quality of the food also. Fish and chips at 21 pounds was worse than a chippys van where you would pay 7 pounds. No salad. Double cooked chips. Strangely sweet peas. And a tiny cardboard tub of ice cream that you could buy in a...

"Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 "

"Rigtig god service fra personalet sin side, god morgenmad " vi undrer os over der ikke er Ost og koldt vand til morgen bordet" men ellers super godt det hele"

"The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting."

"This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again"

"Very friendly staff. Room totalt work out but also very cheap. Please make the light work"
