1. Our rooms where not ready
2. The night shift person could not allocate my room
3. We have a discrepancy with the room rate as we booked online and the lady at reception said other wise
4. Besides the load shedding on Sunday morning, the stay was ok"

"Passengers confirmed that the service was not great and the owner was not professional.
When the guys got to the hotel, it was clear that it hasn’t functioned as one in a while.
The owner of the ‘hotel’ even wanted to charge the guys R4k for a room with a double bed and a sleeper couch as, according to him, there were only 2 rooms available.

"The staff was awesome. The location was great. But…. the cleaner they had used was super strong smelling, so much so that it gave us a bit of a headache. Also, we happened to be there on a very windy night and the metal roof was banging around and making so much noise that we had a lot of difficulty sleeping. I must admit I wondered if the whole place was going to blow down. It didn’t, it was solid and we were safe. "

"Utroligt venlig og personlig service i virkelig dejlige, afslappende omgivelser. Vi boede i en separat bungalow med terrasse med havemøbler og udsigt over dalen. Morgenmaden er utroligt lækker, og aftensmaden (koster ekstra og kræver bestilling) ligeså. Vi fik lov at blive til senere på dagen i haven efter udtjekning, da vi skulle videre til lufthavnen."

"Oliver’s is outstanding in every way. Convenient to the airport and the Numbi Gate of Kruger National Park, my family had a most memorable stay at Oliver’s. The facility, property layout, service, and hospitality were unmatched.
