"We stayed for 5 days and on the 3rd day, I noticed that the other rooms were bring cleaned except for ours. Mind you, that we've been changing the trash ourselves which was no big thing. I asked the front desk (which was a young lady) when our room was going to be serviced such as changing the sheets, trash cans, new towels and I especially wanted the floors swept because our stay was in March and there were salt and sand on our shoes from outside. "Booked because the site stated 24 hour front desk which was not true. Was NOT able to check in. Called listed number which was a national number and the person offered a room in North Carolina. A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning."
