"Our stay at Omni Mt Washington was fantastic from start to finish! Our room was beautiful, the facilites were great and never ending things to do, or places to relax!
The staff clearly love their job and care about the guest experience. The history of the location make it what it is. Highly recommend doing the tour of the property, Ed went above and beyond with his explanations, keeping it interesting and entertaining. Every interaction was pleasant, starting w the lovely women at the guard...

"This place is awesome. My wife and I stay here quite often. We travel with our dogs are very accommodating to the dogs. They have a great area and back for the dogs. The rooms are very reasonably priced and super clean. The gentleman at the office was able to accommodate an early check in with no issues Issues whatsoever ever that was really appreciated. Good pool good hot tub good experience."

"Very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast area was outstanding! All the food options were kept full and all surfaces continually wiped done. He definitely took pride in his job. If we go back next summer would stay there again."

"We spent 3 nights and 2 days what a great time we really enjoyed all the amenities this resort has and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful very welcoming, the food was amazing no matter what time of the day, the band was great, the resort is extremely clean, the rooms are very quiet comfortable, great side just left today and already booked for sept 2025"

"Very good hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the essential amenities. The hotel is a bit old but kept in nice clean condition. The included breakfast was very good as well. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby but none at the hotel."

"Breakfast was great with options like waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, assorted cereals and porridge, coffee and hot chocolate as well. I felt safe! The staff were lovely the two pools are clean as are the rooms and they are quiet and cosy! Definitely recommend!"

"Thayer's Inn was a nice hotel to live in while exploring the white mountains. The hotel is very old which has its ups and downs - it has a lot of charm, however the floor and ceiling have seen better days and the linen was old too. All in all a very nice stay."

Beliggenheden er uden tvivl hotellets største styrke, og naturen omkring gør det til en oplevelse i sig selv at bo her. Desværre lever resten af hoteloplevelsen slet ikke op til omgivelserne. Selve hotellet fremstår gammelt og nedslidt, hvilket især ses på værelserne og fællesområderne, der trænger til en kærlig hånd og en omfattende renovering. Det føles som om tiden er gået i stå, og det trækker helhedsindtrykket markant ned.
Priserne er helt ude af proportioner med det, man får for pengene. Servicen er middelmådig og føles hverken personlig eller professionel, og det er svært at forstå, hvordan de kan forsvare det høje prisniveau. Når det gælder maden, er der ingen tvivl om, at den er hjemmelavet og velsmagende. Retterne er lækre og tydeligvis lavet med gode råvarer, men priserne ligger på et niveau, der minder om finere restauranter i storbyer som Manhattan. Det føles simpelthen forkert, når omgivelserne og resten af hotellet ikke kan matche den ambition.
Grand View Mountain Hotel har et enormt potentiale takket være sin beliggenhed, men hvis de skal leve op til deres egne priser og gæsternes forventninger, kræver det en massiv opgradering af både faciliteter og service."
