"Rated 1 stars across the board because the listing is very misleading. This location does not have a pool. The waterpark that is pictured as the main picture is not even located at this property nor included in your stay! We found out after calling Cozy Suites within an hour of booking just to let them know we would be checking in late & while on the phone I asked what time the pool/water park opens & closes & they stated they do not have a pool. "The staff were really nice. I called for additional blankets and the gal brought me a mattress cover then she came back with sheets. How does a hotel not have Blankets? But is was a nice stay but needed blankets that they did not have. The room was freezing.
The breakfast was great. Delicious BACON. The ladies at the restaurant kept it very tidy and clean. I will definitely stay there again."
