"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel The pile of snow was horrible. "The hotel was fine on the whole. I pretty much knew what I was getting. The room was clean and the price was great. My only real complaint was the room was so dark! There was ONE lamp and it was all the way across as the room. My suggestion is, just like your own home, you need a functioning lamp on either side of the bed."

"Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."
