"Having stayed there for the second time this year and numerous occasions in the last 49 years , This stay was special the only downside for me is the stairs leading to the apartment, perhaps next time I should book the ground floor one as my wife has MS , apart from this it was a perfect stay ."

"Location was hard to find, had to ask someone in a local shop. It is not accessible and up cobbled steps. We had two dogs and a 6 month old in a pram so that was difficult to navigate. The yard space was okay to let the dogs out and there is a gate but it was always being left open by others so if you have dogs who like to run off, this is not good. The property itself - it did the job. It was somewhere to sleep however not somewhere I think would be comfortable to stay in all day or for...

"Really small cottage not really suited to 4 people, only one 2 seater sofa in living room, small bathroom, whole cottage could do with a freshen up, good location & comms from host & stay was really good. "

"The property was very modern, clean and well presented and in the perfect position for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equiped. We would definitely stay again! "

"Very clean and beautifully furnished. Handy for getting to all parts of Whitby.Would certainly recommend and return.The only negative, free parking in the allowed zones was impossible with the roads full of cars already. We needed to pay at the car park for the duration of our stay. About a 5 - 10 min walk away. "

"Beautiful house, perfect for our family of seven and the dog! The house was spotless, everything you would want to enjoy your stay. Photos do not do it justice, it was gorgeous!! Perfect location, walking distance to everything in Whitby. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!"

"My husband, toddler, and greyhound stayed for three nights in this lovely cottage. It was quiet and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and pub. Our dog was also very comfortable—the house did not smell of pets. It had been cleaned very well. "

"Lovely little property close to the town and opposite the water. Steep steps lead up to the entrance but once inside the property has everything you need. Large sofa, small table for 4 and kitchen with facilities. Would consider staying again in the future "

"Modern, well fitted out apartment. Great to have an indoor car park. Watching the steam trains from the window was a bonus. I'm guessing though that the radiators will be well used in the cooler months."

"A servicable place to sleep but the upkeep needs looking into. The double bed was broken and sagging on arrival which didn't get fixed until the next day, and the paint in the living room is peeling as well as the (very small) shower room having mould from previous guests not ventalating it while showering. This accomodation is also unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues because the stair cases are more like ladders.If you just need a place to sleep and store your stuff then its fine."
