The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the evergreens as you step onto the balcony and take in the quiet sweep of the mountain. Inside, the warmth of the indoor fireplace wraps the room in a calm glow, offering a peaceful place to settle after time on the slopes. Mornings begin unhurried here, with crisp alpine air drifting in as you prepare for the day’s adventures. When you return, you move easily from the chill of the outdoors into a space designed for comfort and ease.



Sleeping arrangements

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides space for up to 5 guests. The primary bedroom includes a four-poster king bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a deep tub and overhead shower. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk bed and convenient closet storage, with a nearby bathroom that offers a glass-enclosed shower. Extra pillows and blankets are available to keep you comfortable through cooler nights.



Kitchen and dining

The open-concept living area connects naturally to a kitchen equipped for preparing your own meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and additional essentials. A dining table offers room to gather at the end of the day, whether you prefer a warm breakfast before heading out or a relaxed evening meal by the fireplace.



Indoor comfort

Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help you find the right temperature throughout the seasons. The indoor fireplace creates a welcoming focal point for winter stays, while in-suite laundry adds convenience for longer visits or ski days. A dedicated workspace is available for those balancing travel with remote work.



Ski access and location

Positioned for direct ski access to Merlin’s Run, the condo allows you to step out and begin your day on the mountain without the need for transport. Shared ski storage, along with a mudroom entry and boot dryer, makes transitioning between outdoor and indoor spaces simple. When you want to explore beyond the slopes, Whistler Village is a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride away.



Outdoor and shared facilities

A private patio or balcony provides a quiet spot to take in the surroundings. Guests also have use of shared spaces that include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, elevator access, and free parking garage on the premises, with additional free street parking available. Building staff are on hand throughout the day, and self check-in adds flexibility to your arrival.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four-seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. Please note: skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.

• The den does not have windows.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.
