Be sure to use the condo's free WiFi to share your favorite memories with friends back home! Sitting mere minutes from Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.

    Important Onsite Construction Notice: Please be advised that ongoing construction projects will take place at The Aspens throughout Fall 2026. The work will primarily affect the front entrance loop and breezeway; however, additional projects may occur throughout the property without prior announcement. Construction workers will be present onsite during this time. Construction-related noise and odours are expected and may affect surrounding units. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect these ongoing projects.



    Property Wide Fire System & Alarm Testing - November 2 to 4, 2026: During this time there will be intermittent beeping and alarms going off in the building; access to all units will be required for a short period of time.

Avoid this host!! No complaint about the suite but the property was under major maintenance including the hot tub and pool being closed. This info was not in the important information at time of booking nor was this information included in the check in information or process. They refused a request for refund for the second night and were not available to me or Vrbo. I would NEVER book with this host again.

Fantastic stay

Place was very clean and check in was easy. 12 min walk to Whistler village. Bed was very comfortable. Condo is facing trees which is nice for privacy. The pool area was very clean and nice chairs and umbrellas. Would stay here again

The aspens is a great location. Quiet with easy access to the village.

We enjoy the Aspens. Close to the base of Blackcomb, and an easy walk to Whistler village. The unit is clean and the building is suitable for families. Great pool and 3 hot tubs. Lots of parking and convenient storage for bikes and skis.

Great location and nicely renovated

We have been to the Aspens several times and this time we really enjoyed the newly renovated unit. Even though it was on the first floor it backed onto the forest so location of the unit was great.

Comfortable, clean weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Very clean very comfortable. We were very greatful to the staff we contacted through text and call who helped us find a cot for us due to our circumstances! Very kind and respectful interactions! The staff are readily available for any questions or concerns or anything that you need.

Nice suite, esthetically pleasing. Right mattress very squeaky (think two singles are pushed together to make the king). Very firm overstuffed pillows. Otherwise great.

Nice spot, lovely walk into the village Centre

Great place; as advertised. No big bells and whistles, no evidence of an owner, which can be good -not cluttered, etc- and also not good (no games, etc. However, there was a blu-ray player with blu ray movies)

Great condo

Really nice little condo, only downside is the pull out mattress isn’t foam, and it’s uncomfortable. Cleaning could be done behind furniture etc. but it was very clean otherwise.

In general I was pretty happy with our stay. The Vrbo listing was not as clear as the Vacasa info I received after booking, so I thought based on the listing that we would have an en suite washer/dryer. Instead there is a laundry facility in the lower level for about 5.50 CAD per load. The kitchen was a little dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. There also were no games as advertised. Parking was about 25 CAD per night. The unit was perfect for us otherwise, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Cable in both the living room and bedroom. We used the hot tub one evening, and it was great. I would probably book again but would know ahead of time what to expect as far as packing/extra costs.
