The Space:

Snow settles softly across Whistler Village as you ease into a slower rhythm, surrounded by the quiet of the mountains and the warmth of your own fireside haven. Evenings linger beside the indoor fireplace while the crisp winter air invites you to step onto the covered deck and sink into the private hot tub. Whether you're winding down after a day on the slopes or enjoying a peaceful morning before heading out, this condo offers a calm retreat shaped for cold-season comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, the condo features two bedrooms and two baths arranged for ease and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and looks toward Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. As noted in the original details, the primary bedroom does not include a window.



Living areas

The main gathering space centers around the indoor fireplace, creating a welcoming place to unwind after exploring the village or skiing nearby trails. Sliding doors lead to the covered deck where your private hot tub sits sheltered from the falling snow, offering a restorative pause throughout the winter season. Soft lighting and barn board accents add to the relaxed, fireside atmosphere.



Kitchen and dining

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing warm meals and simple breakfasts between ski runs. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and essential cookware support easy at-home dining, while the breakfast bar and dining table with bench seating offer space to share meals and plan the next day's adventures.



Convenience and amenities

Practical comforts include in-suite laundry, wifi, a TV, heating, portable fans, a dedicated workspace, and a safe. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A private entrance and smart lock make arrival simple, and long term stays are welcome.



Outdoor living

The covered deck gives you a protected space to enjoy the private hot tub amid winter conditions, with outdoor furniture available for stepping outside between activities. The building also offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub area, providing additional options for relaxation.



Parking

Secure garage parking is available on site, along with free street parking and paid parking options off premises. Shared ski storage is located in the garage, and guests should bring their own ski lock.

Set in the heart of Whistler Village, the condo places you within close reach of cafés, shops, and restaurants. Ski access is nearby, with both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas close enough for easy days on the mountain. Everyday essentials are within steps, including a grocery store and a liquor store just downstairs.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Hearthstone Lodge is just a 3-minute walk to both the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. Perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and instant access to the mountains and village life.

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the primary bedroom

• Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.

• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock

• Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

The condo itself is lovely, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating with check-in, and even waived the charge for a broken glass, which we appreciated.Be aware that the building and location come with some noise (neighbours and the village square), so it may not be the best fit if you’re seeking a quiet retreat — but it’s ideal for a lively group getaway close to everything.The hosts send a lot of automated messages, which at times felt a bit overwhelming to me, though I can see why it would be helpful for many guests. We also felt the 320 cleaning fee was on the high side, especially given a couple of areas could have been cleaner (kitchen floor & hot tub on arrival.Overall, though, it’s a great spot for a central Whistler stay, especially if you want to be right in the action with easy access to the village.

Location, Location, Location!

The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the village, at the base of the Whistler Mountain, accessible to everything! We could cook, access wonderful restaurants, site see. Our only initial challenge was figuring out where our unit was located, not a big deal -- once we figured that out, AWESOME!!

Very noisy at night due to nearby clubs, making sleeping difficult. Terrible entrance experience with no identified entrance, no elevator, narrow stairs and narrow, poorly lit hallways. Ski storage is poor and inconvenient. Lighting in the unit is poor. Generally poor quality construction.
