Aspens Unit # 428 - SAND SKI IN / OUT - Pool + Hot Tub!

Denne komfortable 1.300 m² 3 værelses lejlighed har nem adgang til landsbyen, skiløjper og elevatorer. En kort fem minutters gåtur tager dig til den Blackcomb landsby, som byder på mange dejlige restauranter, caféer og butikker. Hvis man går overalt, er ikke dine ting, der er en gratis bus, der går ud foran hver 5-10 minutter og slipper dig lige ved bunden af begge bjerge.

Sengetøj: Master: Queen, 2nd: Queen, 3rd: King eller Two Twins.

Spredt ud over et niveau, vil dette tre soveværelser, to bad ejendom gøre dig føle sig hjemme. En åben koncept køkken og spisestue gør det nemt at holde samtalen i gang, mens aftensmaden bliver gjort. Selvfølgelig kunne du altid bare læne sig tilbage og slappe af på lædersofaerne, nyde gaspejsen, bestil i nogle udtagne mad og måske pope i en film for at slappe helt af.

Perfect ski access for winter family vacations. Parkade is large, pools easily accessible, and steps from the collector run to Blackcomb Gondola. Ski valet service is a perfect touch for families. The unit was as advertised and well appointed with all the necessities.

First time in Whistler. Condo unit was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we needed. Very convenient to the lifts and village. Also very nice that rentals could be acquired right in the building.The Aspens building interior is a little run down, but since you're only walking through the hallways to get to the condo, it's not a bit deal.I would definitely stay at this location again on a future visit to Whistler.

We've stayed in the Aspens many times and the location is about as good as you can get at Whistler. You literally ski to the property and can walk to the village. This is the first time we stayed in a three bedroom and it had a lot of room and much more storage than the two bedroom units. Two things to know about this unit - first there is not a full size oven, the microwave is a convection oven. We used it and it worked really well. Second, unless we just couldn't figure it out, there is no way to connect to streaming services on the TVs so bring a roku stick or something if you want to stream.

Aloha Whistler went above and beyond to make our trip successful. The initial room we booked had a water issue. Within 15 minutes they provided two upgrade options as solutions. They were quick with responses and great at every step.

Place was very clean, and we were able to get an early check-in. Pool was a bit crowded, but there are 3 hot tubs of varying temperature. The kitchen is small but functional (no oven), and for the first time ever using VRBO and similar, the kitchen knives were actually sharp! No complaints. Would stay there again.

Our stay at Aspens was good! It has a bit of an odd layout - you have to go through bedrooms to get to the patio for the Bbq. And The patio chairs are outdated. The beds are comfortable and good sheets/duvets. Stayed here for 5 nights in the summer. Some days were quite warm and windows. were a bit odd to open. but there are several fans, some work better than others. One hairdryer did not work for us. Access to the blackcomb village is a short walk down/up the slope- in the summer it worked out okay. Biking from here was easy too but a hard for kids to get back up. One wish would have been for more amenitites. We only had coffee for 2 mornings. Would have been nice to have coffee foe each morning. Coffee shop is a trek to get down and up the mountain. They did offer laundry soap which was a nice bonus. The kitchen is a bit small for more than 1 person. And it only has a convention oven the same size as a microwave.

The place is overall great - we really enjoyed the hot tub and the ski in ski out experience. It’s all very nice and walkable to the village and restaurants. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived in our first evening we found that one bathroom was unusable (toilet and shower were clogged). The situation took rather long to fix and we had to spend as a group of six 3 nights without one of the bathrooms - which we found uncomfortable and generated queues to shower after skiing. When we discovered the issue on the evening of our arrival, we tried to use the emergency phone number provided by the host in the email but it was disabled and only worked during business hours (despite being described as emergency 24/7). Not being able to reach the host until next day felt quite bad in terms of communication. I felt like a better due diligence and inspection could have been done to detect this issue before our arrival and resolve it more timely. The host was rather reactive and didn’t even proactively offer a discount for this issue or any kind of accommodation - eventually they negotiated to 20% of our nightly rate refund for 3 nights when we were impacted. One of the TVs wasn’t working either, but our group didn’t really care about this. Overall, I would stay again at this location/condo complex. I expect that this was a somewhat rare and unusual circumstance rather than a pattern.

Our family loved our stay at this condo. Everything was comfortable, we used the stovetop everyday in the kitchen. Quiet, private section of the building. Walk-in, out from the slopes. The hot tubs were great after skiing. Aloha was easy to communicate with, and they were helpful with questions.

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well supplied. Beds comfortable. More comfortable chairs on balcony would be great as unit is not air conditioned and sitting outside would be nice.

Really enjoyed the stay. It’s on the slope, but easy enough to get to the Blackcomb base. Very convenient. I received a call to confirm my arrival while I was on the way to whistler from Vancouver and the check in info was provided to me via email.

I was pleasantly surprise to have the ski rental shop and ski valet all in house, location of this condo is fantastic, no car needed for a week, the condos themselves are not as luxurious a I was expecting and but functional. Aloha Whistler was most responsive.

We booked The Aspens upon recommendation from a colleague, and could not have been more pleased. It is a true ski-in ski-out location on Blackomb Mountain. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The kids and adults enjoyed the spacious hot tubs after skiing. I traveled with my daughter and we brought my daughter's friend and her dad. The condo we stayed in was perfect for us with three bed rooms, including a bedroom with twin beds for the girls.. We cooked meals in and ate out - the condo was convenient for both, with groceries and restaurants just a short walk away. And the skiing was spectacular. Overall, a wonderful trip.

We spent 10 nights at Aspens and our stay was amazing. This is a really ski in - out condo, very close to Blackcomb base and a few minutes walk from Whistler base. The resort facilities are very good, including the pool, hot tubs and ski rental shop. Unit 248 was very comfortable and appropriate to receive 6 adults, however we detected many details that are not according to the level of the property and that require improvement. Mattresses, pillows and bedding are outdated and of poor quality. Several of the lamps and lights did not work Kitchen appliances are few and old (the smoke extractor on the stove is very noisy and does not work) Rooms carpets are worn and outdated

Loved the location of the The Aspens! This unit in The Aspens is quiet and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped to facilitate meal preparation. However, it is in need of some basic upgrades to enhance its enjoyment. To list a few basic upgrades: a) new bedding [e.g.. duvet in master bedroom is lumpy and has a musty odour]; b) new plumbing [e.g. drainage in the master bedroom ensuite sink is very slow, and the second bathroom toilet continues to hum after flushing for an extended period]; c) new carpeting or addition of rugs in the bedrooms [to cover the small stains in Master bedroom and the twin bedroom]; d) new surface light on the stove as it is burnt out; and e) addition of bathrobes and slippers in the master bedroom ensuite. It is not yet a "luxury" unit although it could easily be made into one!
