The Space:

Fresh snow settles across the valley as you step inside, and the quiet of Whistler’s winter surrounds you. Soft light filters through the floor-to-ceiling windows, reflecting off the mountains, while the warmth of the indoor fireplace invites you to settle in after a day on the slopes. With views stretching across the landscape and inviting spaces to gather, this chalet offers a calm and comfortable retreat during the coldest months of the year.



Living spaces

The main level features bright open-concept lounges designed for unwinding between winter adventures. One lounge frames mountain and golf course views through expansive windows and includes a wood-burning fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere on colder evenings. The second lounge offers a Smart TV and dedicated workspace, allowing you to relax or catch up on tasks as needed. Vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of space, while heating and air conditioning help maintain year-round comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is arranged for easy meal preparation on quiet nights in. A 6-burner gas range, double ovens, and essential kitchen amenities provide everything needed for shared meals. Serve dinner at the dining table for eight or enjoy quick bites at the breakfast bar. From simple breakfasts before hitting the slopes to relaxed evenings cooking together, the space supports a smooth winter routine.



Sleeping arrangements

The lower level hosts the primary suite with a king bed, reading chair, TV, desk, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms include king split beds that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds. Two bathrooms on this floor offer a bathtub-shower combo, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities. On the main level, a fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, ensuite with glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, and direct access to the deck. A powder room adds convenience.



Outdoor living

Winter brings a quieter, serene landscape to the patios surrounding the home. The covered hot tub offers a welcome place to warm up after skiing, with a peaceful view of the snow-covered surroundings. Multiple decks and patios provide space to take in the crisp air or enjoy calm moments outside, even during the colder season.



Practical comforts

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, dedicated workspace, and essentials such as towels and linens. Parking is available in the driveway and the two-car garage, with storage space suitable for skis, bikes, and seasonal gear. A mudroom closet with a boot and glove dryer adds ease to winter mornings.

Set along the 14th hole of Nicklaus North Golf Course and a short drive from Whistler Village, the chalet offers access to the region’s renowned winter activities. Trails, Green Lake, and the Nicklaus North Clubhouse are close by, making it simple to explore the area before returning to the comfort of this quiet alpine retreat.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighbourhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centred around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Annual Family Ski Trip

The house was beautiful and perfect fornour group. It was close to the Whistler base and village. Whistler Platinum was great to work with and were very attentive.

Fabulous stay

This home exceeded our expectations the minute we pulled up. Spacious warm grand yet cozy all at the same time. And the layout accommodated gaming, cooking, reading and conversation well. It also housed 10 of us comfortably which was a bonus. I highly recommend this property for a large group.

Whistler Ski Vacation

We had a great vacation in this awesome chalet. Exceeded expectations and the pictures online are a true representation of the actual chalet. It is convienently located 5mn by car from the slopes (never encountered traffic during the full week as you come from the Pemberton direction). The house is really big with all the amenties you need to enjoy time with family. Highly recommend!
