The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens frame your view as you step into a quiet mountain rhythm, where mornings begin with fresh alpine air and days unfold just steps from the slopes. After hours on the mountain, warmth and calm return easily - a crackling fireplace, steam rising from the hot tub, and the soft hush of winter settling over Blackcomb.



This ground-floor condo at Woodrun Lodge 107 places you right where Whistler’s winter experience begins. With ski-in/ski-out access from the rear of the property via Merlin’s run, you can move seamlessly between the mountain and home base. Inside, the living space feels open and comfortable, with west-facing bay windows overlooking the forest and a gas fireplace that anchors the room after a day in the cold. A TV offers an easy way to unwind, while the private patio extends the living area outdoors, furnished for quiet moments and equipped with a BBQ.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and rain showerhead. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and closet. A separate bathroom offers a soaker tub with an overhead shower, ideal for easing tired muscles at the end of the day.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is designed for everyday cooking, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and the essentials needed to prepare meals at your own pace. Gather around the dining table, which seats six, or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four. An in-suite washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer winter stays.



Amenities & shared facilities

Guests have access to a heated saltwater pool, a large hot tub, and a gym within the lodge. Underground parking is available, along with a mudroom featuring a boot dryer and secure shared storage for skis and bikes. The building has elevator access, and the condo itself is single level with no stairs. Self check-in is available, with building staff on hand at all hours. Please note that skis and bikes are stored in designated shared areas and are not permitted inside the unit.



Neighborhood

Woodrun Lodge sits slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, with the Upper Village just a two-minute walk away. Whistler Village Stroll is approximately fifteen minutes on foot, offering dining, shopping, and après-ski options. Lost Lake is reachable by a winter walk or short ride, and the free village shuttle (Route 5) stops nearby.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop.



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

• Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. Please note: skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.
