The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as the mountains frame your view, and the warmth of a stone fireplace draws you inside after a day in the alpine air. From the deck, winter light filters through the forest while steam rises from the hot tub below. Evenings are unhurried here, shaped by crackling fires, deep sofas, and the hush that comes with fresh snowfall.



The chalet sits beside Blackcomb Mountain and unfolds across three levels, balancing shared spaces with comfortable privacy. Large windows anchor the main living area, bringing the outdoors in while you gather around the fireplace. A separate media room with a projector and gas fireplace offers a relaxed place to wind down, whether you are watching a film or stretching out after skiing. Throughout the home, air conditioning, heating, and portable fans support year-round comfort.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is designed for staying in as much as heading out, with generous counter space and a central island that makes cooking together easy. Full kitchen amenities support everything from simple breakfasts to long dinners, and the dining table seats eight for shared meals. Coffee mornings are slow and quiet, while evenings tend to linger over food and conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are spread throughout the chalet, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and balcony, along with an ensuite featuring a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. Also on the upper level is a bedroom with two bunk beds and an ensuite. The main level includes a convenient powder room. Downstairs, the third bedroom offers a Tribunk and an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the hot tub deck, while the fifth bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, and reading nook. In total, the home offers five bedrooms, ten beds, and five and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests.



Outdoor living and ski access

Outdoor space is woven into the winter experience, from the deck off the kitchen to the lower-level patio with the hot tub. After a day on the mountain, soaking beneath cold air and quiet trees becomes part of the rhythm. Ski-in/Ski-out access is available via the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola, with a short walk along the street and conditions dependent on snowfall. A dedicated ski storage area in the mudroom keeps gear organized and transitions smooth.



Practical details

A two-car garage, additional parking, and a laundry room with washer and dryer make longer stays easy. You will have Wifi, a dedicated workspace, self check-in with a smart lock. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.



This chalet suits families or groups looking to spend winter days outdoors and evenings gathered by the fire, with space to spread out and settle into the slower pace of mountain life.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Yellow Brick Road ski run.

• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).

• 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• 6-minute drive to Fresh St. Market

• 30-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course.

• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake



Other Things to Note:

• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Incredible space for big groups. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d ever need, plenty of storage for gear in the garage and mudroom, and well located on a private street.
