    The Space:

    Step out the door and onto the slopes. Set within one of Blackcomb’s premier ski-in/ski-out addresses, this single-level home offers direct access to Merlin’s Run — no shuttles, no walking, just effortless days on the mountain.



    As snow settles quietly beyond the evergreens, return to a warm, inviting retreat. Skis stored, boots drying, and the fireplace casting a soft glow. This is where mountain days ease into relaxed evenings.



    Spanning over 1,000 sq. ft., the home feels spacious and considered, with recently updated bathrooms and clean, modern finishes throughout. Large windows frame a peaceful forested setting, keeping you connected to the alpine landscape from every corner.



    Living space

    The open-plan living area brings together lounge, dining, and kitchen in an easy, social layout. After a day on the mountain, settle in with a film or unwind fireside as the snow falls outside. Portable fans and heating ensure comfort year-round.



    Kitchen and dining

    A fully equipped kitchen makes staying in effortless. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before first tracks or a relaxed evening meal, everything is set up for easy, at-home dining. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar - ideal for gathering, sharing stories from the day, and lingering a little longer.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The condo sleeps 6 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower serves this room and the main living area. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience.



    Outdoor space and shared amenities

    Step onto your private balcony with outdoor furniture and take in mountain views. Within the building, guests have access to a shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and a shared fitness room in building. Secure ski and bike storage, a free parking garage on premises, elevator access, and front desk staff available during the day add ease to your stay. Self check-in allows for a smooth arrival.



    Additional features include a private entrance, home safety essentials, bathroom essentials, and a safe for personal belongings.



    Location

    The condo is about a 10-minute walk or a quick 5-minute free shuttle ride to Whistler Village, where shops, restaurants, and après-ski spots await. In winter, the focus is firmly on the mountain - fresh snow, quiet forest mornings, and effortless ski access right outside your door.



    Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in-ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



    Getting Around:

    • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

    • 2-minute walk to Upper Village

    • 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

    • 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

    • 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

    • A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

    • A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

    • Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



    Other Things to Note:

    • Construction Notice: Please note that neighbouring units will be undergoing renovations from May 1 to June 30. Guests may experience noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to construction activity, including the use of power tools. If you have any questions or would like more details before booking, please contact our team. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the potential disruptions.

    • No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

    • Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

    • Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

    • Stays of 28 days or more will be considered subject to owner approval.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.
