The Space:

The space
Woodrun Lodge 402 is a bright two-bedroom plus den condo that sleeps up to seven guests. The open living area invites you to gather around the gas fireplace or settle onto the large couch overlooking the balcony and slopes. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and views of the trees and pool, while soft furnishings create a sense of comfort after an active day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub with an overhead rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage, and the den provides a tri-bunk bed along with a reading nook and small workspace. A second shared bathroom includes a glass-enclosed steam shower and single vanity.
Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cooking basics are provided, and the dining area comfortably seats six, with additional bar seating for three. Whether it’s breakfast before the lifts or dinner after a day in the snow, you’ll find everything you need to cook and connect.
Amenities & comforts
Enjoy in-suite laundry with detergent, free underground parking, and secure ski and bike storage. Guests have access to the building’s heated saltwater pool, large hot tub, gym, and elevator. Ski access & outdoor features
Ski directly to Merlin’s run from the rear of the property, where the Blackcomb Gondola is just steps away. Ski access is seasonal and depends on snow conditions. After a day on the mountain, unwind on your private balcony with outdoor furniture or enjoy a soak in the shared hot tub.

Set in Whistler’s Upper Village, the lodge offers a quiet location with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and après-ski spots. Stroll to Whistler Village in about ten minutes or take the free shuttle for a quick ride.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
