WELCOME TO THE GABLES - BRAND NEW LISTING - Nestled among the forest next to Fitzsimmons Creek right you are only a stone's throw away from both the main and upper village as well as either Whistler or Blackcomb Gondola.

Discover the ultimate Whistler experience in two bedroom + den, two bathroom townhome just steps away from the ski slopes and the Village. The home features a full kitchen, private balcony with BBQ, air conditioning, heated bathroom floors, and an electric fireplace. The smart TV in the living room makes it easy to relax and put your feet up after a long day of skiing or exploring all that Whistler has to offer.

Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Kindly note that there is a an additional guest fee of $25/night per guest above the standard occupancy.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Perfectly located right in the middle of Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas, it was just a short walk to the base of the gondola and within easy walking distance to all village areas. The in-floor heating was a game changer and a wonderful surprise. The layout, views, and everything about the place were fantastic. The keypad front door is very handy.However, there were a few issues to address. The entertainment system was lacking, and the TV had a dark spot. We also encountered two inconsistencies with our booking: the listing on VRBO indicated a maximum occupancy of 6, but Harmony Whistler stated a maximum of 4. Consequently, we were charged by Harmony for an extra person, and they informed us that they cannot control the VRBO listing.Check-in went smoothly until we looked for the garage key. The instructions mentioned a blue lanyard with the garage key, but we found a red children's sand toy shovel with a key instead. Overall, our stay was great, and once we settled in, the week went by way too fast.

We love the Gables because we can choose to walk 300m to Blackcomb Base, skiers plaza or over Fitz creek to the village stroll. It’s in the forest and quiet but still very central. The property is clean and comfortable with a laundry and ski storage area. it caters best to small groups - note 4 sitting spots in the lounge area - and the second bedroom upstairs doesn’t have windows (but it does have a wall mounted a/c). The den adjoins the lounge area on the lower level and has a sofa bed and a tall boy, when the bed is out the room is full. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs are both nice - upstairs bath is between the two bedrooms, downstairs the half bathroom is off the lounge area at the bottom of the gators. Main bedroom upstairs is generous with its own TV/cable. The unit is up a flight of stairs from ground level. Harmony Whistler were good property managers to deal with and promptly resolved any issues or queries. We liked our stay here very much and would recommend to others.

Excellent property in a great location. Easy, walkable distance to both Blackcomb and Whistler. Property had excellent amenities and was well stocked with the basics (paper towel, kleenex, spices, coffee filters) which is so helpful. High quality bedding and towels. Great property.

Only positives- loved the property, it was quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, and large enough that everyone could have their own space. It was just couple of minutes’ walk to the upper and lower villages! Hope to stay there again in the future!

The property was fantastic - the location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the Village, but far enough away that it's still quiet. The creek runs behind the property, which makes it feel secluded. The unit itself is lovely - clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the instructions for accessing things like the wifi, parking and garbage area were clear. We had a wonderful time, and already want to go back.

I found this listing the day I needed to cancel our hotel, and I’m so happy I did! The space was immaculately clean and more than enough space for our family to spread out. I would definitely rent his place again in a heartbeat. The property management team was super easy to communicate with and they responded quickly every time.
