Hotel i Wharton Furnace, Farmington

"Nice B&B with very nice owners. Location was nice, a bit out of the way but very quiet and comfortable. Rooms were top notch, and breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided...

"Wendy was so nice and helpful. We were staying in the guesthouse, so she met us out front even though we arrived late. That was a very nice touch. She cooked breakfast for us early the first day because we had to be somewhere and would otherwise miss the regular time. Her breakfasts were delicious! She gave us good restaurant recommendations, and was helpful all around. The Suite was clean and comfortable."

"It was ok."

"Property was apparently beginning or planning an upgrade, review based on this assumption"

"From the outside, this looks like your run-of-the-mill a little run-down motel, but the room I got was CLEAN and smelled good. The landlady was very accomodating (I had no phone, but needed to make a phone call, and she had no hesitation in helping me - thank you!"

"This property is very pretty! And, you get more privacy than you would get in a traditional hotel. The rooms themselves are quite basic, but we knew that going in. It was affordable and clean. Would recommend for a quick, convenient overnight stay."

"Beautiful, quiet place. Very quaint with so many little places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Awesome breakfast, great place for couples! Would love to come again."

"Bed bugs. Holes in the ceiling and wall of the room. Water does not drain in the sink. Water leaking in the bath tub. Worst hotel I stayed in despite of paying 191 dollars for one night."

"The only feedback I have is that I was unable to get a shower due to there being no hot water. I waited up to two hours for it to warm up but had no luck. I suspect I was competing for hot water with the other guests."

"Jeg skulle bare bruge hotellet til en hurtig overnatning, der var lidt rodet da man var igang med noget renovering, men det er jo ikke en dårlig ting at de vedligeholder stedet, jeg havde blandt andet valgt stedet pga indendørs pool, men den var desværre lukket pga renoveringen. Værelset lugtede en smule jordslået men virkede ellers pænt og rent."

"It was nice"
