In the main house upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed, a single mattress can be added if required. Downstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles. There are 2 bathrooms in the house to service these rooms. Downstairs there is also a small rumpus room ideal for children to play, or for them to watch the TV while the adults talk upstairs. In the sleepout there is a queen bed and a fold-out double bed, this area has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette to make tea, coffee and toast, it also has a TV with a chrome cast.

Upstairs in the main house, everyone can come together in the large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. A great area for people to mingle and chat while cooking up wonderful holiday meals, or sit outside on the large deck off this area. Whatever you want to do there is space for you to do it.

The big backyard area is great for the children to run around or ride their bikes if you bring them with you. The property is fully fenced so if you want to bring your fur baby just ask when booking.

This property is located just 100 metres from the beach, 1km to the estuary and 2km to town. What more could you want, than a great place to holiday in the sun and make wonderful memories?
