"Godt og praktisk hotel med særdeles venligt personale, egen parkeringskælder, døgnåben reception og udmærket morgenmadsrestaurant. Dog er der en tendens til lidt for meget støj fra gaden og fra døre, der lukker."

"Et tydeligt nedslidt hotel hvor det virker som om der er givet op. Fx manglede vinduet på et af toiletterne(har set en tidligere gæst har skrevet om det men der er fortsat ikke gjort noget)
Hotellet ligger ovenpå en bar hvor bargæsterne har direkte adgang til hotellets gangarealer mv. som kvindelig solorejsende er det utrygt specielt også fordi der ikke var sikkerhedslås/kædelås på dørerne.
Der var meget beskidt og gulvtæppet på værelset var så klisteret at jeg ikke kunne få mig selv til at gå...

Good thing is there isn't much noise in your room. We were woken up quite early though by people yelling and police being present. I guess this describes the kind of place this motel is. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.

"Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore. "

"Sunny's is a great alternative to the airport hotel options. I transit a lot through Sydney and have stayed at most of the hotels in the local area. I love that Sunny's is so clean and comfortable, has most of the amenities of a hotel, is walkable from the domestic airport and has the added benefit of being able to walk into Mascot hub for good coffee and other amenities. I highly recommend. Sunny was very accommodating to my needs on my recent stay, and I will definitely be back!"
