There was a broken chair in the room, we brought it to the reception. They first doubted it was broken, and then we could take a chair from the restaurant. They did not offer to bring it to the room. My guess is that the broken chair now is back in the room.
If we wanted to use the electric kettle, we had to put it on the floor, otherwise the cord couldn't reach the plug.

"This is in someone's back garden which was full of building rubble. No check in details until half an hour before the time which led to a lot of stress. The door sticks too.
