"Great staff, very helpful. We were in room 1 which is a clean modern room. You do hear a little traffic noise but not enough that it's an issue. Just watch you don't rest a bare knee on the heated towel rail when you're sat on the toilet!"

"Really high value for money if one expects a place with a cozy atmosphere, clean and modern facilities, kind staff and in a great, quiet location just a short walk from the train station and the center. If anything, the heater in the lounge wasn't working and so it was a bit too cold to sit in that room, while one of the shared showers had an issue with the drain so water was everywhere. Still, would pick this place without hesitance next time I visit Cambridge! "

"Har boet på swan hotel 2 gange, begge gange i annekset. Værelserne er okay, sengene gode. Der er ingen wi-fi i annekset. Pubben serverer fremragende mad. Hyggelig lille by, der er en rigtig god indisk restaurant lidt nede af vejen. En smule larm fra flytrafikken fra stansted. Alt i alt et fint hotel når man tænker på, hvor billigt det er."

"Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...
