Hotel i Westgate, Harare

"Owner is available 24/7. Staff Chihera did an exceptional job and is always smiling. Amenities in standard rooms need to be upgraded. Enjoyed the meals and friendly staff. The airport shuttle is awesome! I recommend it highly."

"It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day."

"The place was a home away from home very nice place big soft comfy bed, very friendly staff very willing to make your stay as you would like. Food was cooked to your liking anything you chose the cooks wanted to cook it for you."

"Clean room, good breakfast. Friendly staff."

"A very nice hotel in a fine location. Beautiful garden and buildings. Fine restaurant. Very nice staff. Two pools. Not sure they were cleaned every day. "

"Great room comfy bed great breakfast. Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town"

"Friendly staff, very helpful, conveniently located within the city centre."

"Great"

"I would say the hotel is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are outdated, they should have been renovated for 10-15 years ago. They are doing a renovation of one part of the building, and it will probably be nice. But in this condition the rooms are now, it’s not worth it at all. The pool area is nice, so is the lobby."

"The staff were incredibly kind and the food was just perfect, a home cooked meal but the flavor was amazing. We ate there every night! 10/10 would go back!"

"When I arrived to the Hotel it was overbooked and I was transferred to another Hotel without any for for compensation, I asked for a late checkout, this was not even compensated"

"Forfærdeligt, da jeg så værelse, tog jeg derfra og besluttede ikke at bruge min booking. Havde booket et værelse med to senge og fik et miniture værelse med en seng. Da jeg rejste sammen med svigerfar var det et nogo."

"Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. "

"Everything was spotless and the housekeeper is very helpful "
