"A better name would be the Sugarloaf Bunker. We arrived to an overheated building and room at about 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff did respond to my phone call, but the building was still uncomfortably hot next morning. Very cramped room and small bathroom. It took most of the night to cool the room. Leaf blower started outside our room at 6:45 a.m. Balcony chairs were all broken. Poor sleep. Better luck next time."
"We had a wonderful stay at Sunday River Resort – Jordan Hotel. The hotel is well equipped, and the service was excellent. For the first time in 10 years, we watched the first rays of sunlight and the sunrise emerging behind the beautiful, colorful autumn mountains from our bedroom balcony. "This is the worst stay I hv ever stayed ! This hotel is under construction. We were not informed the the property has no proper parking space. Most importantly we reached the hotel then realized that the key had to be picked fm another hotel. Supposedly we recd a email which we didn’t see. The other customers .. some really aged came to the hotel n then were trying to figure out wat to do. Nobody at the reception!.. no enough cups for coffee ..no sugar no milk nobody to ask !
